For the last 11 years, I have been fortunate to work within an industry I am deeply passionate about – golf. In that time, I have learned many things not only about the game and the best way to swing a golf club, but about relationship building, being an effective leader, and creating a killer campaign.
The most impactful revelation has been how golf truly resembles life. You need mental focus, resilience, and a positive attitude. While physical skill is important, the mental aspect—like managing pressure, maintaining concentration and staying positive—often makes the difference between success and failure. It emphasizes the power of mindset in achieving your goals.
