Gamifying User Engagement

for SKYTRAK

As the year was drawing to a close, the engagement team wanted to recognize user behavior and interaction with the SKYTRAK product. I met with the team and we came up with the idea of “gamifying” the the communications with badges that the user would be presented with based on achievements we could measure within the software and hardware. Working with the team, we identified the areas of data that we trusted the most and would help inspire continued interaction and support. I worked with my design team to create badges for the various achievements, an email design for the delivery of the badges and copy guidance for the messaging. I handed off the assets to the engagement team to build out the audiences and deliver to our users.
