There was a request to send a year-end recap to each SKYTRAK user to highlight their activity and achievements. I took the lead on finding a solution, and tasking the team to execute.

• Worked with Engagement team to understand data challenges and come up with a creative solution
• Decided to “gamify” the user activity and achievements
• Designed badges for a number of different aspects of user behavior
• Designed and built an email template that would present the achievement badges in an exciting way
• Creative copy writing to bring some personality to the email
• Tasked the email team with segmenting our customer database and sending the emails
